NOTICE – NEW NEGOTIATION SUBJECT PROPOSAL

PROPOSAL FROM THEYUBA COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT TO THE FACULTY ASSOCIATION OF THE YUBA COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT August 12, 2022

In accordance with Government Code Section 3547(d), on August 12, 2022, the Yuba Community College District presented to the Faculty Association of the Yuba Community College District (“FAYCCD”) a proposal containing a new subject of bargaining relating to Article 11 – Work Year/Responsible Days relating to the work year for categorically funded faculty. It is the intention of the Yuba Community College District to meet and bargain in good faith with FAYCCD over this issue, in addition to other articles that have been sunshined by the parties.
