Monday, February 18 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm  –  ALL Ellucian products including Colleague, MyCampus, WebAdvisor, Self-Service, and UI Web will NOT be available while we perform necessary systems upgrade and install Colleague software updates.

There will be an Ellucian Colleague system maintenance update scheduled for the beginning of next month. APRIL 7, 2019 Sunday, April 7 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm – ALL Ellucian products, Colleague, MyCampus, WebAdvisor, Self-Service, and UI Web, will NOT be available while we perform necessary systems upgrade and install Colleague software updates.

Friday, July 28 from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm – ALL Ellucian products including Colleague, MyCampus, WebAdvisor, Self-Service, and UI Web will NOT be available while we perform necessary systems maintenance. This will NOT impact access to Canvas, Office 365, or other network functionality.

Sunday, July 7 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm – ALL Ellucian products including Colleague, Self-Service/WebAdvisor, UI Web, and MyCampus will NOT be available while we perform necessary systems upgrade and install Colleague software updates. See the Ellucian Systems Updates page for more details.

Over Labor Day weekend, the new Self-Service system (designed to replace WebAdvisor) will go Live!!! Self-Service will include modules such as Grades, Student Finance, Financial Aid.
