In addition to core benefits, Yuba Community College District (YCCD) offers employees a variety of voluntary benefits designed to enhance financial security, health, and well-being. These optional benefits allow employees to customize their coverage to meet their personal and family needs. Available plans include VOYA Voluntary Life Insurance, Aflac Supplemental Insurance, HealthEquity/WageWorks Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA and DCFSA), Envoy 403(b) and 457(b) Retirement Plans, and a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through TCSIG and Anthem Blue Cross.
Participation in these programs is voluntary, and employees can enroll in select benefits during open enrollment periods or following a qualifying life event. Information on plan details, enrollment forms, and submission instructions can be found below.
Aflac
During the open enrollment period, YCCD employees have the opportunity to enroll in the Section 125 Medical and dependent care savings plans and other AFLAC offered benefit plans.
